Use the create committee meeting wizard

The Create Committee Meeting wizard organises the folder structure, listings and any documents that make up a committee meeting page.

Note: Committee meetings are created in a folder in your website which is specified by a global setting called CommitteeMeetingFolderID.

  1. Click the View Wizards icon in the Project Explorer and select Create Committee Meeting.
  2. The Specify Committee Meeting Details window will open. Enter all appropriate information and click Finish.
  3. A confirmation that the committee meeting entry has been successfully created will display and sub folders will have been automatically created within the dated meeting folders.

Content types and permissions

It is important that you add the correct content types and permissions against the parent folder that contain your meetings, these content types and permissions will then be inherited by each meeting created.
