View, search and filter entries

Content entries are created from content types and are stored in a project. You can view entries in the Entries listing screen.

Entries listing screen

  1. Press Content Types & Entries in the sidebar. The Content Types & Entries drawer will open.
  2. Select Entries, to open the Entries listing screen.

Search and filter entries

If you have a large number of entries in your project then you may find it easier to use the filter panel to narrow down the number of entries displayed.

The filtering options will vary depending on whether you have purchased a multilingual license. The options in the panel work together to build rich filters.

Search by title

If you are looking for specific entry you can use the title search box to locate an entry by its title. To begin searching type your keyword into the search box and your results will update in the entries listing.

The search query also takes into account any filters that are applied such as Content type or Language. The status filter is excluded from the query so results will return entries with any status.

You can clear the keyword search by deleting the search term or by pressing the cross in the search box when it is active.

Filter by content type

By default, the listing screen will display all entries for every content type in your project. You can narrow down the number of entries displayed by changing the content type dropdown from All to a specific content type in the list.

Filter by language (licensed feature)

If you have a multilingual license then the entry listing screen will be filtered to all content types in your project for the default language.

You can filter the entries by changing the language in the dropdown.

Filter by status

Entries exist in different workflow states, you can choose a single entry status by selecting the status from the list of radio buttons. Status filters are disabled when carrying out a keyword search.
