Administrators can be informed at each step of the workflow by enabling email notifications. When a piece of content is sent for approval, Contensis can send out an email to all available approvers to notify them of the request.
Setting up email notifications
1. Open up the Management Console and select Email Notifications. This will bring up a table of events.
2. Click the pencil icon at the right side of the table to edit the General Properties for each event, and which user groups receive email notifications.
3. Click save.
