Define FAQ categories

If you want to make categories available for your FAQ – here is how you do it.

  1. Navigate to the Management Console and select Taxonomy Manager from the list, then click the left side arrow to expand Structured Content.
  2. A taxonomy node called FAQ will appear. Click the left side arrow to expand FAQ, this will display the parent node: Categories.
  3. You will see a Taxonomy Node Name menu on the right where you can add Child Nodes. With the Categories node selected, enter a Child Name and click Add Child.
  4. When you have finished adding categories, click Save Node.
