ZenHub houses documentation to support you if you’re using Contensis Classic. Contensis Classic includes our WYSIWYG and templating features. If you’re working with a newer version of Contensis, is your go-to place to find anything Contensis-related when building with content types.

Inline QA checks

Inline QA checks give individual authors the ability to run QA checks voluntarily on a per page basis or can force them to resolve QA issues before they can submit pages for authorisation.

As a system administrator setting up inline QA checks, you can set the thresholds for each setting at project level and customise them using error code exclusion rules. We recommend only making the inline checks required if your content and design processes have taken accessibility into consideration from the outset.

INline QA

Note: Any user with a QA moderator role will have override permission on submitting content that does not meet the quality standard set at project level.
